Policy Services UAT Lead (Associate Manager)
to join their dynamic team

If you enjoy improving processes, collaborating across functions, and ensuring systems run seamlessly, this role is for you. You'll be part of the
Policy Services UAT
 team — the key link between business operations and IT. Your work will ensure that every system enhancement delivers real value to both internal teams and customers.

What You'll Do

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into comprehensive UAT test plans and test cases.
  • Execute and validate test results to ensure system updates meet user expectations and business goals.
  • Partner with the UAT Manager, IT, and business stakeholders to resolve issues and prioritize fixes.
  • Continuously review and optimize testing workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Document and sign off UAT results based on established quality standards.
  • Prepare user materials and conduct training sessions to support implementation.
  • Contribute to both project-based and day-to-day (BAU) UAT activities, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Participate in policy processing tasks to strengthen your understanding of system usage and customer needs.

Who You Are

  • Strong background in
    life insurance operations
    , with hands-on experience in policy services or system testing.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Fast learner who takes ownership and adapts well under pressure.
  • Analytical, proactive, and passionate about continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

  • 5 to 8 years of experience
    in the insurance industry, ideally within policy services and UAT.
  • Solid knowledge of life insurance systems and testing methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
