We are looking for a sharp Finance Manager to lead our accounting operations. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate financial reporting and requires a proactive problem-solver who can understand the "why" behind the numbers, not just the "what." You will dive deep into telecom-specific accounting challenges and turn complex data into clear insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the month-end and year-end close process. Ensure all financial reports are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Analyze financial results to identify trends, explain variances, and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Handle complex areas like revenue recognition for service bundles, capitalizing network assets, and accounting for interconnect costs.
  • Find opportunities to automate and streamline accounting processes for greater efficiency and control.
  • Manage and develop a small team of accountants, promoting a culture of accuracy and critical analysis.
  • Prepare for audits and ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies.
  • Other ad-hoc task assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • 7+ years of accounting experience, including managing the GL close.
  • Experience in the telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP implementation is a significant advantage.
  • A critical thinker who questions assumptions and digs into root causes.
  • A problem-solver, comfortable with complex and ambiguous challenges.
  • Proactive and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • A clear communicator who can explain financial concepts to non-finance teams.
