About the role

ATI College is seeking an experienced and reliable Driver to join our team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. As our Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of staff and students to and from our campuses (Jalan Gaya, Sembulan , Kian Kok). This full-time role is an integral part of our operations, ensuring our community can access our facilities with ease.

What you'll be doing

  1. Driving company vehicles, including vans and buses, in a safe and courteous manner
  2. Adhering to all traffic laws and regulations to ensure the safety of passengers
  3. Performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance tasks to keep our fleet in top condition
  4. Providing exceptional customer service to staff and students during transportation
  5. Maintaining detailed trip logs and documentation as required
  6. Assisting with the loading and unloading of passengers and their belongings
  7. Responding promptly to any emergencies or unexpected situations that may arise

What we're looking for

  1. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (no traffic offences / criminal record)
  2. At least 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably in a passenger transport role
  3. Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns in the Kota Kinabalu area
  4. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  5. Excellent time management and problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations
  6. A commitment to safety and attention to detail in vehicle maintenance
