Job Summary:

(1) HR & Admin

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Help organize employee engagement programs and internal events
  • Maintain and update HR databases, records, and documentation
  • Assist in drafting HR-related content, reports, and communications
  • Support day-to-day HR operations and ad-hoc tasks as required

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
(2) E-commerce

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing new products, suppliers, or partnership opportunities
  • Assist in maintaining supplier databases and updating product cost or spec information
  • Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, email, and messaging apps in a timely and professional manner
  • Support internal teams on ad-hoc e-commerce tasks

Qualifications & Experience

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with major e-commerce platforms is a plus
  • Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work independently or in a team

Working Hour : 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday
