Job Description:

  1. Product Ideation and Research:

  2. Conduct market research to identify consumer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.

  3. Brainstorm and propose innovative product concepts to meet market demands and align with company goals.

  4. Work closely with stakeholders to evaluate product feasibility and viability.

  5. Project Management:

  6. Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept approval to final product launch.

  7. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

  8. Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., R&D, marketing, production, procurement) and external vendors to execute development plans.

  9. Collaboration and Communication:

  10. Collaborate with the design and R&D teams to create prototypes, formulations, or samples.

  11. Partner with the marketing team to develop product positioning, packaging, and promotional strategies.

  12. Serve as a liaison between departments to ensure seamless product rollouts.

  13. Testing and Quality Assurance:

  14. Organize product testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement.

  15. Ensure that all new products comply with regulatory standards, quality benchmarks, and brand guidelines.

  16. Launch and Performance Monitoring:

  17. Assist in the development of launch strategies, including promotional campaigns and distribution plans.

  18. Monitor post-launch performance and collect customer feedback to refine future product development efforts.

  19. Continuous Improvement:

  20. Stay updated on industry innovations, technological advancements, and market trends to inform product strategies.

  21. Provide recommendations for enhancing existing products or processes.

Job Responsibilities:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in product development, marketing, or a similar role.

Technical and Professional Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of product design, manufacturing processes, and supply chain management is an advantage.
