The Tea Republic is a dynamic and innovative tea company dedicated to providing exceptional tea experiences. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the Managing Director.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including meeting minutes, expense reports, and other relevant documents.
- Conduct research and compile information as requested.
- Manage office supplies and ensure the smooth running of daily office operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with office team and key clients.
- Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Google Drive and AI tools like ChatGPT.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
