PA & Administration Executive

The Personal Assistant cum Administrative Executive supports the Director with day-to-day administrative tasks, meeting coordination, and office operations. This role is suitable for a proactive and organized individual who can handle confidential information and communicate professionally.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Support
Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Assist in preparing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Director.
Prepare and proofread basic documents, letters, and reports.
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
2. Administrative Duties
Maintain filing systems (physical and digital).
Assist in office administration such as purchasing, supplies, and documentation.
Support simple HR tasks (leave records, staff communication) when needed.
Handle expense claims and basic administrative finance tasks.
3. Coordination & Communication
Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external parties professionally.
Coordinate company meetings, small events, and travel arrangements.
Ensure smooth communication flow between the Director and staff.
4. General Support
Assist in tracking simple project timelines and task follow-ups.
Perform basic research, data compilation, and other ad-hoc assignments requested by the Director.
Provide general support to ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1 year of working experience in admin, coordination, or support roles.
Good communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Responsible, organized, and able to multitask.
Able to work independently with positive working attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
