What You'll be Doing:

  • Boost Fleet Sales – Work closely with dealers to increase company fleet sales penetration.
  • Strategic Planning – Plan, develop, and implement fleet sales activities for business growth.
  • Customer Relationship Management – Manage existing fleet customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
  • Sales Policy Development – Review and formulate fleet sales policies to optimize sales performance.
  • Engage with Clients – Regularly visit fleet customers with dealers, conducting product & business presentations.
  • Build Strong Partnerships – Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers and fleet customers.
  • Sales Reporting – Monitor and report fleet sales performance and dealer progress.
  • Customer Support – Assist fleet customers with after-sales issues to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Administrative Excellence – Manage all fleet sales administration for the Fleet Sales Department.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks – Support the Superior in additional assignments as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant field.
  • 8+ years of related experience (Assistant Manager role available for candidates with less experience).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent negotiation skillsto close deals and drive business growth.
  • Strong business acumenwith the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive results.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and thrives on challenges.
