Medical Sales Representative (Melaka – Central Johor)

An exciting opportunity is available for motivated individuals seeking to develop their sales career within a multinational organization representing premium brand for alternative and prescription drugs.

Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible to promote and sell Pharmaceutical products to medical professionals in general practitioners & clinics, pharmacies, private and government hospitals, from their designated area. The job requires the person to have the ability to plan and implement sales strategies to meet the company's business objectives as follows;

Requirements

  • Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare specialists, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular visits to healthcare facilities to meet with specialists, present product information and address enquiries.
  • Achieve sales, volume, growth, market share and listing targets for assigned brands.
  • Arrange, organize, and implement sales activities according to marketing strategies.
  • Identify leads and market potential to expand customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare specialists to enhance product awareness and generate sales.

Requirements

  • Bachelor of Pharmacy or Sciences related field with at least 2-years sales and marketing experience in Pharmaceutical is preferable.
  • Initiative, energetic, creative, result oriented, self-motivated and a good team player.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with healthcare specialists.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with pleasant personality
  • Must have a valid driving license, possess own transport and willing to travel extensively.
