Manufacturing Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training for new hires and existing employees on production processes, equipment operation, safety standards, and quality procedures.
• Develop training materials, including manual, SOPs, work instructions, and visual aids.
• Perform hands-on demonstrations and provide on-the-job training (OJT) on manufacturing equipment and techniques.
• Assess employee competencies through evaluations and skill assessments.
• Maintain and update training records, certifications, and compliance documentation.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to identify training needs and address performance gaps.
• Monitor training effectiveness and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
• Support implementation of continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, 5S, Kaizen, etc.).
• Conduct audits and follow-ups to ensure training is being applied on the production floor.
• Ensure all training activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month
