We're on the hunt for a sharp, detail-oriented Procurement & Card Executive to manage card purchases, maintain supplier relationships, and keep our inventory fully stocked across multiple countries.

What You'll Do:

• Handle card purchases across assigned countries & manage related issues.
• Liaise with fraud support for any card-related concerns.
• Hunt for the best deals from multiple suppliers to maximize value.
• Process purchase orders and update our platform accurately.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and onboard new products.
• Monitor inventory levels & control expenses within budget.
• Assist in pricing, procurement research, and supplier evaluation.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year experience in procurement or related field.
• SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree holders.
• Fluent in BM, English, and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in decision-making.
• Able to forecast needs, manage inventory, and build positive relationships.
