About the role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Business Development Executive with a passion for retail, e-commerce and product growth. You'll be spearheading the growth of our F&B and clothing merchandise under the Group's sub brands, taking charge of expanding our presence in stores, online and across the market.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Identifying, building and growing partnerships with distributors, retail chains and fulfilment centres
- Going on the ground - visiting stores, explore markets and find new opportunities to place our products
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with stores and merchandising partners
- Collaborating with strategic partners and business outlets to expand brand reach
- Driving merchandising initiatives to boost product visibility and maximise sales performance
- Working closely with our top media influencers to create buzz and brand awareness
- Growing sales through effective negotiation, presentation and collaboration with stakeholders
- Analyse market trends, customer feedback and competitor activities to inform business strategy
- Collaborating with management to meet and exceed monthly KPI and revenue targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail, e-commerce or product business development
- Mandarin-speaking is required
- Independent and driven self-starter who is highly motivated to achieve results
- Great with people - confident in negotiation, networking and presentation
- Willingness to travel within Klang Valley and beyond as needed
- Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities
- A fast learner who is eager to grow with the business and take things to the next level
