  • Identiti Jenama

  • Memastikan konsistensi identiti jenama dalam semua rekaan grafik dan video.

  • Menyesuaikan bahan grafik dan video berdasarkan garis panduan jenama dan keperluan projek.

  • Pengurusan Media Sosial dan Kempen Pemasaran

  • Merancang dan melaksanakan kandungan untuk kempen pemasaran organic dan berbayar di pelbagai platform, termasuk Instagram, Facebook, TikTok dan Telegram.
  • Menyediakan bahan visual seperti gambar, video, dan animasi untuk kemas kini media sosial harian.
  • Mengemas kini laman web dan platform e-dagang dengan kandungan terkini untuk menarik pelanggan

  • Menyediakan bahan untuk email marketing, termasuk reka bentuk dan copywriting

  • Fotografi dan Penyediaan Bahan Promosi

  • Merancang dan melaksanakan sesi fotografi produk untuk teaser dan katalog.

  • Menyediakan dan mengedit bahan promosi seperti katalog, bunting, banner, dan lain-lain untuk tujuan pemasaran serta branding

  • Kolaborasi dan Kreativiti

  • Bekerjasama dengan pasukan pemasaran untuk menghasilkan kandungan yang memenuhi objektif kempen pemasaran

  • Mengemukakan idea-idea kreatif untuk grafik, video dan kempen pemasaran, serta menyokong strategi branding dan customer retention program.

  • Pengurusan Projek

  • Mengurus pelbagai projek secara serentak dan memastikan tugasan disiapkan mengikut jadual.

  • Sentiasa memastikan kualiti hasil kerja yang tinggi dalam setiap projek yang dihasilkan.

  • Pemantauan Trend Industri

  • Sentiasa 'up-to-date' dengan trend reka bentuk grafik, teknologi penyuntingan video, dan inovasi terkini dalam industri.

  • Menerapkan elemen-elemen terkini untuk memastikan hasil kerja relevan, kompetitif dan menarik perhatian audiens.

  • Penambahbaikan Saluran Komunikasi Bersama Pelanggan

  • Menyediakan bahan kreatif untuk Telegram Channel atau lain-lain sebagai saluran komunikasi tambahan.
  • Menghasilkan konten visual dan teks yang ringkas tetapi berimpak untuk engagement yang optimum.
