About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP COE (Center of Excellence) Consultant – FICO & Project System to join our global team. This role is pivotal in driving standardization, process governance, and continuous improvement across our global SAP template in the Records to Report (R2R) process.

You will work closely with global business stakeholders, project teams, and IT experts to design, implement, and enhance SAP solutions that support sustainable business growth.


Key Responsibilities

  • Establish, maintain, and enforce business processes, standard procedures, and template policies for SAP Records to Reports (FICO & Project System).
  • Partner with business users and stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into robust SAP solution designs, ensuring global alignment and system scalability.
  • Act as subject matter expert (SME) for continuous improvement of SAP template processes to meet evolving business needs.
  • Participate in feasibility studies, fit-gap analyses, and new rollout projects.
  • Review and approve Blueprint and design documents, ensuring adherence to template standards.
  • Provide mentorship and knowledge transfer to project consultants.
  • Review and validate project deliverables, including test plans, transport requests, authorization matrix, data migration, and cutover plans.
  • Assess and manage global change impacts, ensuring risk mitigation plans are in place.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Basis, ABAP, AMS) to ensure timely resolution of issues and requests.
  • Prepare and present proposals and reports to stakeholders, securing buy-in for new solutions and improvements.
  • Maintain up-to-date system documentation and template repositories.
  • Manage minor to medium-scale SAP projects independently.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on SAP FICO end-to-end implementation experience, preferably in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Expertise in FI/CO and Project System core modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Profit Center, Cost Center, WBS, Budgeting, etc.).
  • Proven experience in template governance or COE role.
  • Strong understanding of integration between logistics modules (MM, SD, PP) and FI/CO/PS.
  • Good knowledge of project sales process.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills using MS Office tools.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across diverse global teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership, team collaboration, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • SAP FI/CO Certification preferred (must be supported by relevant project experience).
  • Willingness to travel 20–30% for project assignments and stakeholder engagements.
