About the Role
We're looking for a
Financial Product Manager
to join our Financial Business Division in Kuala Lumpur. You'll play a key role in researching, designing, and managing financial products that drive innovation in the crypto trading space.
You'll collaborate closely with product, trading, and engineering teams to develop user-centric financial solutions, improve product performance, and explore new opportunities in digital finance.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong analytical thinking, Python programming ability, and a genuine interest in crypto finance and product innovation. Fresh graduates with strong foundations are welcome to apply.
What You'll Do
- Research crypto finance trends and propose innovative product solutions.
- Design and optimize financial products related to trading and investment functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product requirements.
- Conduct data analysis and market research to guide product decisions.
- Support ad-hoc projects such as data processing, product documentation, and feature validation.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's preferred.
- Python programming ability is required; familiarity with financial market mechanisms is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in
both English and Chinese
to communicate effectively with regional team members. - Able to perform under pressure and thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
