Key Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of business development strategies and initiatives across the APAC region.
  • Conduct market research to provide insights that influence strategic decision-making.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture leads into the sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, partners, and customers to enhance engagement and retention.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and confidently present product value to customers.
  • Participate in presentations, demonstrations, and promotional events.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to the business development team.

Requirements / Success Criteria

  • 2 + years in Audio Industry
  • Understanding of how sound behaves in different environments.
  • Knowledge of IoT technologies (e.g., Bluetooth, Wi-Fi) and basic smart technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; Mandarin fluency is an added advantage.
  • Hands-on, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Audio Technology, or related field.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
