Reporting to the Trade Marketing Manager, you will be supporting the commercial business in the Singapore & Malaysia subsidiaries, and through our Partners in markets across Asia Pacific

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementation of portfolio brands' seasonal launches, marketing campaigns, trade events, road shows and presentations
  • Help executing retail marketing visual merchandising solutions, window display projects, permanent fixtures, incentive programs and other in-store initiatives
  • Support the preparation of seasonal sell-in and sell-out materials (catalogues, showcards, strut cards, merchandising tools, digital assets)
  • Perform monthly marketing expenses reports
  • Order POP materials, seasonal visuals and promotion gifts, inventory management of POP materials
  • Develop briefs and work with local partnered vendors, provide them with the recommended tools in adapting VM design and production of VM tools
  • Work closely with local vendors and contractors on installation and dismantling of trade projects
  • Provide brand and product training to internal and external stakeholders
  • Prepare trade projects and distribution reports analyzing project results as well as monitoring promotional trends, initiatives and competitors' performance
  • Conduct occasional market/store visits (Malaysia only) to check visibility, merchandising execution, and competitor activity

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Diploma or Bachelor of Degree in Marketing, Business or in relevant discipline with 2 – 3 years of working experience
  • Passionate in retail marketing and equipped with project management skills
  • Ability to work in multi-brands environment
  • Hands-on, highly organized and good time management skills
  • Strong business acumen
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel and Power point
  • Knowledge in Canva or graphic design will be an advantage
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker
  • Positive, outgoing and great interpersonal skills
  • Advanced recent graduates are also welcome to apply
