FAI Technician

• Focuses on improving own job,
• Identify ways to improve existing products or processes,
• Actions impact primary team,
• Interacts primarily with internal customers/ suppliers,
• Initially follows procedures as written and does not vary from instructions without guidance from others,
• Eventually has the ability to modify work based on instructions from others,
• Works under immediate supervision of more experienced employees or manager,
• Ability to solve routine, simple problems,
• Technical work product is almost always subject to review and approval by more experienced personnel,
• Manages own activities and asks for feedback and guidance from others,
• Serves as a team member of smaller projects,
• Takes accountability for and completes routine tasks that are part of an overall project or process,
• Understands how actions impact project expenses,
• Has knowledge gained from educational background,
• Knows and applies concepts, practices and procedures in assigned area,
• Uses existing knowledge to guide work,
• Captures knowledge gained during work under the supervision of more senior engineers,
• Eventually uses basic creative problem solving tools,
• Has a basic understanding of the business or functions being supported

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• At least 2 years experiences in FAI area will be advantage,
• Familiar with basic measuring tools of Ruler, Caliper, Angle gauge, and etc
• Understand the requirement of FAI reporting,
• Able to read, understanding and interpret technical drawing at basic,
• Able to communicate in Malay and English,
• Basic understanding in Microsoft Excel, Words, PDF,
• Able to work in fast pace working environment,
• Work as a team- KPI driven,
• Must be willing to work at Kulim Hi-Tech, Kedah.
• Must be able and willing to work shift.
