Job Description:

  • Assist the Finance Department in Accounts Payable / Receivable matters.
  • Prepare payment vouchers for monthly book closings, and filing of documents.
  • Work with book-keeping software and data entry.
  • Practice efficient accounting practices, payment of purchases and employee reimbursement / claims.
  • General administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must possess or currently pursue a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good hands-on skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Able to commit for minimum duration of 3-8 months.
  • Possess own transport or willing to work at Solaris Mont Kiara.
