Your Contribution:

In accordance with departmental objectives, ensure the effective implementation of new product measurement plans, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of team members' assigned Task, continuously improve the capability and efficiency of the Quality Department, train all team members to meet company quality policies and enforce the rigorous adherence to pertinent systems and procedures.

Job Description:

  • Strategizing and enhancing the measurement system, as well as advocating for the implementation of associated plan
  • Evaluate the quality control policies, processes, systems, and operational standards, while overseeing and examining the execution of quality policies and systems
  • Tasked with the ongoing enhancement of system documentation, streamlining processes, and advocating for the execution of both internal and external audits.
  • Engage in supplier quality assurance, coordinate with appropriate personnel to formulate supplier quality control strategies, facilitate their execution, and oversee and evaluate the implementation process.
  • Accountable to ensuring and managing customer quality, engaging in quality enhancement meetings, advocating for the adoption of improvement initiatives, and overseeing and evaluating the execution.
  • Tasked with developing performance assessments and training programs aimed at enhancing the capabilities of the supervised team, as well as facilitating their execution.
  • Accountable for managing the budget and overseeing the expenditures of the quality Department.
  • Accountable for organizing pertinent team initiatives and facilitating their execution.
  • Tasked with assessing quality-related evaluations for new product orders and addressing any irregularities in the control plan.
  • Adhere to leadership structures and fulfill additional responsibilities delegated by superiors.

Requirements:

  • Over 5 years of quality experience in the machinery industry, with more than 2 years in a supervisory role or above.
  • Proficient in measurement systems and instruments such as CMM, flash tester, projector, spectrometer, contour measuring instrument, and length measuring instrument.
  • Familiar with quality statistical tools such as MSA, FMEA, DOE, QC seven tools, and 8D.
  • Outgoing personality, strong coordination ability, effective communication skills, with high professionalism and a strong sense of principles.
  • Good command of both written and spoken in English, Malay and Mandarin.
