The Insurance cum Admin Executive will be responsible for supporting daily administrative tasks while assisting in insurance-related matters such as documentation, claims coordination, and communication with insurance providers. This role is suitable for fresh graduates who are eager to gain exposure in both administrative and insurance operations.

Key Responsibilities

Insurance Support

  • Assist in preparing, submitting, and following up on insurance claims and documentation.
  • Coordinate with insurance companies, panels, and relevant stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
  • Maintain and update insurance-related records in the system or filing system.
  • Support in compiling reports related to insurance usage and claims.

Administrative Support

  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scanning, and documentation.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence related to insurance and administration.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Ensure proper record keeping and confidentiality of company documents.

General

  • Liaise with internal departments to support smooth operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance guidelines.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • SPM/Diploma in related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written & verbal).
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working hour: 9am - 6pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,300.00 per month
