Learning Opportunities
- Hands-on exposure to mall leasing operations and tenant management.
- Understanding of the end-to-end leasing process from prospecting to deal closure.
- Mentorship from experienced leasing professionals in the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Leasing team in updating tenant databases, lease records, and tracking lease expiry dates.
- Support in preparing lease proposals, letters of offer, and simple tenancy agreements.
- Conduct market surveys and benchmarking of rental rates and competitor malls.
- Help coordinate with tenants on lease renewals, fit-out progress, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing leasing materials such as mall layout plans, tenancy lists, and marketing decks.
- Participate in tenant engagement activities and events when required.
- Perform general administrative tasks related to leasing operations.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related fields.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in retail property or real estate management is an added advantage.
