We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Subang Jaya. If you have experience in the power tools, construction, or industrial equipment industry, this is an excellent opportunity to accelerate your career with a leading company in the sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of product and brand strategies.
  • Conduct market research and customer visits to identify growth opportunities.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, product launches, roadshows, and demos.
  • Work closely with the sales team to increase market share and brand visibility.
  • Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze competitor activities and recommend business improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or marketing of technical or industrial products is an advantage.
  • Preferably from the power tools or construction equipment industry (e.g., Bosch, Hitachi, Stanley, Dewalt).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Energetic, motivated, and willing to travel.
