Key Functions:

1) To manage sales administrative functions including accurate order processing, filing and delivery scheduling.

2) To lead and liaise between the Sales team and interdepartmental with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination of all matters including the pricing, delivery scheduling, customer specifications and issue resolution.

3) To passionately provide excellent customer service to customers.

4) To maintaining an efficient work environment.

5) To plan the production including but not limited to daily and weekly production planning.

6) To be accountable for margin and collection targets concurrently with the Sales team.

7) Any other ad-hoc tasks to be assigned by the Management from time to time.

Qualification:

  • Pursuing study in any Diploma/Degree related to the field.
