Our client T&T Lifestyle Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Admin to join their team

What you'll be doing?
  • Daily Transaction Processing: Accurately key in daily sales invoices, purchase orders, and payment receipts into the accounting system.
  • Accounts Receivable Support: Issue timely and accurate tax invoices, delivery orders, and debit/credit notes to customers.
  • Accounts Payable Support: Process and verify invoices from suppliers related to materials.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all financial documents.
  • General Administrative Support: Handle basic client and supplier inquiries over the phone and email.
Who are they looking for?
  • Detail-Oriented: You have a keen eye for accuracy in data entry and record-keeping, ensuring the integrity of financial information.
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge: You understand fundamental bookkeeping and accounting principles, allowing you to contribute effectively to financial processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Experience with common Malaysian accounting software is advantageous, but we welcome candidates willing to learn new systems.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is valuable to effectively communicate with diverse clients and suppliers. These language skills are essential for clear communication in our multicultural business environment.
  • Organizational Abilities: You can manage multiple tasks, prioritize your workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Customer Service Aptitude: You're comfortable handling basic client and supplier inquiries, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
  • Industry Familiarity: Experience in the construction or building materials industry is beneficial, but candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply.
