About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at STAR GALVANISING SERVICES (M) SDN BHD'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients in the Sungai Buloh Selangor area.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales leads to expand our customer base
  2. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with clients
  3. Accurately forecast sales, develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed targets
  4. Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and presentations to potential customers
  5. Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns
  6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities and customer needs
  7. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide detailed reports

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the manufacturing or B2B services industry
  2. Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to overcome challenges and deliver results
  4. Highly motivated, goal-oriented and driven to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  5. Proficient in using sales tools and CRM systems to effectively manage the sales pipeline
  6. Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is preferred
