Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Recruitment, develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent, leveraging a deep understanding of the fintech and forex industries in new regional area such as Asia Countries.
  • Headhunting and Networking, utilize extensive fintech and forex networks to actively headhunt and connect with high-caliber professionals, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Team Leadership, lead and mentor the recruitment team, setting clear goals and driving performance to meet hiring targets effectively.
  • Talent Pipeline Development, build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and relationship-building efforts.
  • Employer Branding and Insights, enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice while providing market intelligence to refine hiring strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience in regional recruiting within fintech, forex, or related industries.
  • Strong understanding in Talent Acquisition in forex industry roles and explore the new regional.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Speaking In Mandarin is advantage, due to need to lease with Hong Kong
