As a Customer Experience Officer at ECICS Limited, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to our policyholders. You will handle customer enquiries via calls and emails, ensuring prompt, accurate, and professional responses.

Job Description:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Provide accurate information on policies, claims, and processes
  • Maintain customer records and follow up on open issues
  • Coordinate with internal teams for complex cases
  • Ensure high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service and General insurance (Proficient in Motor Insurance) is essential for this role
  • Willing to commit to a 1-year contract role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
  • Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
