  • Answer customer enquiry in relation to ON-LINE shopping of products and services in Shopee / Lazada and so on

  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Understand what customer needed and suggest various product option that available
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • With / Without experience are acceptable
  • Working in air-conditioning Office Room
