  • To ensure day to day operations and food preparation are carried smoothly in according to company SOP.
  • Responsible in providing a good quality services to the customers.
  • Ensure kitchen and sitting area is conducive, safe and comfortable.
  • Collaborate with the management and AEON management.
  • Train new staff.
  • Keeps work area clean and organize.
  • Manage and monitor staff productivity and performance.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  • Make sure sales & stock analysis is tally every day.
  • Ensure all raw materials in good quality upon serving to customer.
  • Recording and updating halal matters (pest control & audit).
  • Assist food safety audit and halal department.
  • Attend to customer complaint and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Work according to shift.
  • Arrange schedule.
  • Must always travel outlet to outlet based on schedule.
  • Cover Penang , Kedah area.
  • Will based in Penang outlet.
  • Travel to outstation as arranged by immediate superior or the Management
  • Any ad-hoc tasks required by immediate superior or the Management.

Daily Task:

  1. Ensure all outlet has enough manpower to run the business.

  2. Arrange man power accordingly by follow labor cost guideline.

  3. Check morning & closing report for each outlet, follow-up with outlet pic and ensure closing report sent completely.

  4. Check Supervisor's daily report, and record all the issue reported.

  5. Submit vegetable order (mon, wed & fri).

  6. Outlet visit report includes:

  7. Outlet condition

  8. Staff performance

  9. Product quality

  10. Stock issue

  11. Other highlighted issue

Weekly:

  • Plan staff roster based on outlet's operational requirements.
  • Complete weekly labor cost.
  • Conduct staff appraisal on week 3 every month.

Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in any field OR at least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Experience in F&B industry is a must
  • Strong leadership, independent, and pleasant personality
  • Mature and professional in dealing with staff and customers
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and serious at work
  • Able to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
  • Must have own transport
  • Willing to work long hours and travel between states
  • Incentives provided for good performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM3,000.00 per month
