Store Executive - Sandakan

Job Description:-

Operation

  • To carry out day to day operations and improve outlet's performance in term of sales revenue, cost control, customer's awareness and staff development.
  • Assisting SM/SIC on overall retail operation
  • Maintain all necessary documentation
  • Ensure pricing and display of merchandise items are correctly label and up to Company's standard practice
  • Able to understand the process of disposal and return of damaged stocks Inventory
  • Monitor and handling of housekeeping and the ordering process of outlets's stocks
  • Report to SM/SIC on progress and issues
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent services; mastering product knowledge; actively involved in handling customer's enquiries, complaints and issues
  • Provide solution to customers Ad-Hoc Task
  • Participate in any ad-hoc projects/tasks as assigned by the management

Requirements:-

  1. Minimum Diploma in Business Administration /relevant field or equivalent qualification.

  2. A minimum of 2 years proven experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a supervisory role.

  3. Strong leadership and customer management abilities.

  4. Customer service-oriented with in-depth knowledge of basic business management processes.

  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,200.00 per month
