  • Foreign Worker Management: Monitor foreign worker permit application, new arrival, renewal, fomema, passport issues, welfare and transportation problem
  • Monitor attendance: track staff attendance and leave applications, keeping the HR system up to date
  • Reporting: Prepare Daily Attendance Report and HR Reports
  • Assist in Payroll: Support payroll preparation by compiling attendance and leave data accurately
  • HR Administration: Maintain and update employee files and records in the Payroll System
  • New Bording: setup finger-print system for new employee
  • Disciplinary: assist on employee's discipline and counselling issues
  • Leave Management: updating Annual Leave balance employee on Application Leave Form
  • Support general administrative activities
  • Any other tasks as may be assigned by immediate superior

Requirement

  • At least 2 years of working experience in HR Role and manufacturing environment
  • Certificate or Diploma
  • Familiarity with HR policies and Malaysian Labour laws is beneficial
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Strong interest in HR and eagerness to learn and grow independently in the field
  • Excellent communication skills and sense of responsibility
  • Able to handle confidential information with integrity
  • Training will be provided
