Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Collections Specialist, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur with some work-from-home flexibility. The Collections Specialist will be responsible for managing and executing debt collection processes, ensuring timely cash collection, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include communicating with clients to resolve payment issues, monitoring overdue accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to streamline finance operations.

Qualifications

  • Debt Collection and Cash Collection skills
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Finance knowledge and experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using AI-driven platforms for payment processing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
