DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Support / Data Management & Analysis/ Operational Support
· Improve the work order processor system in CWorks under the guidance of the FMS Administrator.
· Assist the FMS Administrator with assigned operational tasks.
· Assist with IT-related support.
· Assist the FMS Administrator with CWorks data analysis.
· Assist with data entry tasks in CWorks (e.g., updating asset records, locations, problem codes).
· Assist with CWorks system matters (user access requests, basic troubleshooting, and user guidance).

· Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
