Job Descriptions

  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, XHS, Tiktok and Whatsapp) and create content for scheduling social media posts.
  • Prepare regular analysis of social media traffic data and develop strategies to increase the followers of the company's social platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to online queries to generate user engagement.
  • Coordinate and work closely with respective internal in executing campaigns from conception to completion across various online channels.
  • Conduct competitive market research and monitor marketing activities, explore new opportunities to grow customer base, and develop various content to attract different target audiences.
  • Perform other related duties/tasks as assigned by superior/management.

Internship Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia Design, or other related fields.
  • Fresh graduates and final-year students are encouraged to apply.
  • Interest and basic skills in content creation, curation, and creative writing across various formats (video, visual, copywriting).
  • Familiar with major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu) and up-to-date with digital trends.
  • Has a marketing mindset — understands how to design content (videos, posters, social posts) with a purpose to promote services/products, increase brand visibility, and engage target audiences.
  • Basic skills or interest in video shooting and editing (e.g., using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, etc.).
  • Passionate about storytelling with a good visual sense and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, adaptable, and able to complete tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  • We are looking for Mandarin-speaking interns to effectively support our Mandarin-speaking clientele.
