Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employer branding and recruitment campaigns across LinkedIn, social media, and professional networks.
  • Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain a database of industry-ready professionals.
  • Collaborate with management and HR partners to identify critical hiring needs and organizational talent priorities Support leadership in establishing a high-performance, values-driven culture.
  • Hiring to build internal stakeholders and candidate experience.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles, potential hiring.
  • Accountable for the efficiency of TA team to drive KPIs and result/deliverables (i.e exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction - job fit and culturally fit)

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Deep understanding of Malaysian employment laws, regulations, and statutory compliance.
  • Experience leading and coaching an HR team across all core HR functions.
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Confident in managing conflict and driving collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret HR data and metrics.
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to propose and implement creative HR solutions.
  • Adaptable, approachable, and resilient under pressure.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR management role, preferably within the manufacturing, factory operations, or export industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in English, Bahasa Melayu, and Mandarin. (Mandarin proficiency is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking.)
  • Skilled in using HR information systems (HRIS) and conducting data analysis.

Working Hours:

  • 4 working days
  • 8.30am to 6.00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
