Job Summary: The Account Payable & Receivable Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of all accounts payable and receivable transactions for Sinma Digital Commerce. This position requires a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accounts Receivable:
  • Prepare and send customer invoices.
  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve discrepancies.
  • Apply customer payments to the appropriate accounts.
  • Maintain and update customer information.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • General Accounting:
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
  • Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements.
  • Prepare and maintain various financial records and reports.
  • Adhere to accounting best practices and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Minimum certification in accounting or finance.
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry.
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements.
