Job Requirements – Electronic Engineer

Qualification

  • Must be a Malaysian Citizen.
  • Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronics or Mechatronics).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills (Compulsory)

  • Strong knowledge and hands-on skills in circuit design using software such as Proteus or Eagle.
  • Proficient in microcontroller programming (STM32, PIC, Arduino).
  • Able to perform soldering and desoldering of electronic circuits.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

Additional Technical Knowledge (Added Advantage)

  • Knowledge in Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) systems.
  • Familiar with computer hardware and networking.

Personal Qualities

  • Highly motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willing to work long hours or overtime when necessary.

Mobility and Availability

  • Willing to travel throughout Malaysia (including Sabah and Sarawak) and overseas when required.
  • Possessing own transport (car) is an added advantage.

Language Proficiency

  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Job Responsibilities of Electronic Engineer

Design and Develop Electronic Circuits

  • Design and produce Printed Circuit Boards (PCBs) using circuit design tools such as Proteus or Eagle.
  • Program and integrate microcontrollers (STM32, PIC, Arduino) for system operation.

Troubleshooting and Problem Solving

  • Diagnose and repair faults in electrical and electronic hardware.
  • Identify and resolve computer or software-related technical issues.
  • Perform hands-on technical work to solve electrical or electronic problems efficiently.

Project Support and Development

  • Support the development team in ongoing and new projects.
  • Contribute ideas and improvements for existing products with other team members.

Technical Support and Client Liaison

  • Provide technical assistance to clients and internal teams.
  • Communicate with clients regarding technical or product-related matters in a professional manner.

Maintenance and Documentation

  • Carry out preventive maintenance work and ensure all related reports and documentation are properly completed.
  • Assist in preparing product manuals, user guides, and other documentation.

Teamwork and Collaboration

  • Work closely and maintain good relationships with team members.
  • Participate and assist in company exhibitions or events when required.

General Duties

  • Perform any other tasks or responsibilities assigned to ensure the proper completion of job objectives.
