About the role

Steadfast Management Services' is seeking a talented Accounts Junior / Senior to join our dynamic team in George Town, Penang. As an Accounts Junior / Senior, you will be responsible for providing high-quality bookkeeping and accounting services to our diverse client base. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work in a collaborative and supportive environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Prepare a full set accounts for SME clients
  • Maintain accurate financial records and accounts for clients
  • Prepare and process financial statements, invoices, and other accounting documents
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are properly recorded
  • Assist in tax preparation and filing
  • Provide administrative support to the accounting team
  • Communicate effectively with clients to address their accounting needs

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or bookkeeping role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software such as SQL or Master
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
