Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and engage new customers through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking, industry events, referrals, and digital platforms.
  • Become well-versed in company's infrastructure and data centre solutions, understanding customer needs and delivering compelling presentations, demos, and use-case discussions.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers to meet assigned sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication, regular visits, and virtual meetings.
  • Work closely with technical support and product specialists to fulfil customer requirements effectively.
  • Oversee the full quote-to-delivery process to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably within infrastructure, industrial, or data centre environments.
  • High drive for B2B sales, particularly in industrial and factory segments.
  • Organized, target-driven, and motivated to exceed monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Ability to maintain a strong sales pipeline and track market trends, competitor movements, and customer insights to refine sales strategies.
  • Ideal for dynamic sales professionals passionate about building client networks, closing enterprise deals, and expanding market presence in a fast-paced tech environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Northern Malaysia.
