JOB SUMMARY
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff involved inAdmissions, Visa, and Insurance functions.
- As a sub-unit responsible for converting prospective students into enrolled students, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all processes is essential to meet customer expectations and service quality.
- Monitor process performance by leveraging systems and analytical tools to deliver timely data, enabling continuous improvement and proactive interventions.
- Interpret, comply with, and align relevant policies in accordance with University regulations—particularly those related to student admissions, international student management, and sponsorship management.
- Contribute to the development of performance plans and key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in tracking these against actual performance outcomes.
- Assist in planning and executing the annual budget for the unit.
- Manage and maintain productive relationships with relevant suppliers, external agencies, government authorities, and statutory bodies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role leading a team.
