JOB SUMMARY

  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff involved inAdmissions, Visa, and Insurance functions.
  • As a sub-unit responsible for converting prospective students into enrolled students, ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of all processes is essential to meet customer expectations and service quality.
  • Monitor process performance by leveraging systems and analytical tools to deliver timely data, enabling continuous improvement and proactive interventions.
  • Interpret, comply with, and align relevant policies in accordance with University regulations—particularly those related to student admissions, international student management, and sponsorship management.
  • Contribute to the development of performance plans and key performance indicators (KPIs), and assist in tracking these against actual performance outcomes.
  • Assist in planning and executing the annual budget for the unit.
  • Manage and maintain productive relationships with relevant suppliers, external agencies, government authorities, and statutory bodies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • A Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business Management, or a relevant discipline from a recognised institution.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience, including at least one (1) year in a supervisory role leading a team.

Pay: RM6, RM8,000.00 per month
