RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Conduct regular visits to shops, plants, and customer premises to promote and introduce company products.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify new business opportunities, gather market intelligence, and provide feedback to management.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely collection of payments.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide basic technical support to customers where required.
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly visit reports and sales updates to the Sales Manager.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, logistics, etc.) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
  • Commission will be provided upon achieving targets

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, trading, or field promotion (fresh graduates may also be considered).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel frequently.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in English & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
