1. Social Media Strategy & Management

  • Develop and execute social media strategies to grow brand presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Plan monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns, promotions, and brand goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, engagement insights, and competitors to identify opportunities.
  • Manage daily posting, scheduling, and performance tracking.

2. Content Creation

  • Create engaging and brand-aligned content — static posts, short videos, reels, and stories.
  • Write compelling captions and taglines that reflect the brand's voice and tone.
  • Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for campaign shoots.
  • Stay updated with trending formats, sounds, and styles on TikTok & Reels.

3. Community Engagement

  • Respond to followers' messages, comments, and inquiries promptly.
  • Build and maintain an active online community.
  • Engage with influencers, partners, and user-generated content to boost visibility.

4. Performance & Reporting

  • Track and analyze social media metrics and campaign performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Optimize strategies based on analytics and audience behavior.

We're Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms and content creation.
  • Proficient in Canva, CapCut, or similar design/video tools.
  • Strong copywriting skills with a good eye for visuals and detail.
  • Passionate about digital trends, creative storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.
