Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Train and educate employees on quality assurance processes and best practices
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality
  • Conduct supplier evaluations and audits to ensure adherence to quality requirements
  • Participate in the development and review of product specifications and quality standards
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance
  • Prepare and present quality reports to management and stakeholders

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Executive or relevant role
  • Thorough knowledge of methodologies of quality assurance and standards
  • Excellent numerical skills and understanding of data analysis/statistical methods
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and databases
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Great attention to detail and a results driven approach
  • Reliable and Trustworthy
  • BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Certification in quality control is a strong advantage (e.g., ISO 9000)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
  • Proficient in Chinese, English, and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
