JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Mechanical Engineering,

manufacturing or other relevant discipline.

  • Minimum 3 years in management position of years of working experience in factory's manufacturing processes including assembly processes and hands on experiences in related field.
  • Preferable for Automotive industry related knowledges, including ISO IATF16949 QMS and QASA requirement
  • Experience in car lamp assembly processes and equipment is advantage.
  • Prefer knowledge in GD&T and its function, and car lamp tests requirement.
  • Proficient in problem solving methodology like 8D, Root Cause Analysis like 5 Whys, Fish bone / Ishikawa diagram, lesson learn processes, Continuous Improvement / Kaizen / Lean 6 Sigma projects.
  • Knowledge in AIAG 5 Core Tools including AIAG APQP-PPAP requirements.
  • Full time base in Sungai Petani
  • One (1) vacancy available
  • Must be willing to travel to visit customers.
  • Fluent in Mandarin speaking due to communication with China-based business partners.
