Position: Customer Success Officer (CMS)

Location: Cyberjaya

Qualification: SPM/ Diploma/ Degree

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Have experience in customer service field at least ½ years.
  • Willing to work shifts working hour (preferably male)
  • Excellent in communication skills.
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner & able to work under pressure
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to maintain high standard of business ethics, professionalism and confidentiality of information

JOB SCOPE

  • Communicate with customers over the phone in order to schedule, remind and follow up with the guards on clocking activity.
  • Response to emergency panic and alarm-button within 5 minutes or less by following the standard operating procedure by the management of Ultrack Technology Sdn Bhd.
  • Resolves service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and explaining the best solution and ensuring resolution within the time limits.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies by the management of Ultrack.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
