Job Title:

Application Lead – SAP BW (Finance Module)

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development

Must have completed 15 years of full-time education

SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development (P5 – Master)

Candidate must be a SAP BW super expert with strong experience in the Finance module.

Job Description

As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications while serving as the primary point of contact. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, oversee development, and guide team members. This role demands strong problem-solving skills to ensure applications align with business objectives, user needs, and project timelines—with a focus on delivering high-quality and efficient solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BW.

Collaborate with and manage the team to ensure high performance.

Own and drive team-level decisions.

Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key architectural/design decisions.

Provide solutions to complex problems within and across teams.

Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must Have Skills

Expert-level proficiency in SAP BW/4HANA Data Modeling & Development

Good To Have Skills

Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) development

Additional Skills

Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices

Hands-on experience in performance tuning and data model optimization

Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques
