Job Description

  • Handle the full set of accounts and ensure timely monthly closing.
  • Support daily accounting operations and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Monitor and manage the company's financial activities, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and other relevant account reconciliations.
  • Manage general ledger entries and journal postings, and liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agents, and bankers.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date financial information and reports when required.
  • Maintain detailed records of the company's financial transactions and assets. This includes:
  • Recording and indexing purchases.
  • Tracking and updating fixed assets.
  • Monitoring payments received, outstanding invoices, and pending payments.

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices (e.g., general ledger, AR/AP, bank reconciliation).
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3, RM3,500.00 per month
