Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, including PR, digital, and traditional media.
  • Coordinate and manage public relations activities such as media outreach, influencer partnerships, and press release distribution.
  • Monitor campaign performance and social media metrics to support PR and digital reporting efforts.
  • Conduct research and assist in preparing media kits, pitch materials, and campaign summaries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure alignment in messaging, branding, and campaign execution.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with media, influencers, and key industry contacts.
  • Assist in generating marketing performance reports, particularly for paid media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Liaise with the social media agency to ensure all Facebook and other social media content is scheduled and published in accordance with approved calendars and timelines.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in PR, social media, or digital marketing support roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Familiarity with paid media reporting tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or similar platforms) is an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of social media platforms and content management tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Well-organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Passion for branding, storytelling, and digital trends.
