Job Description:
- Responsible to handle full set accounts to ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting record.
- Handle daily accounting tasks including data entry, invoice processing, payment vouchers, and journal entries.
- Prepare and maintain accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) records.
- Perform month-end closing, including preparation of journal adjustments, accruals, and reconciliation schedules.
- Monitor staff claims and company expenses.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and statutory requirements.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.
Qualification:
· Candidates must possess at least a graduate diploma, academic or professional degree in Finance / Accounts, or related discipline.
· At least 3 years of working exposure.
· Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
· Good command of Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
· Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
